You’ve been a recruiter for a couple of years, and you love talking to people, but you’re buried in an HR department, processing applications for roles you don't care about, hitting metrics that don't matter, and never seeing the impact of the people you bring in.

The Opportunity

We are a DTC nutraceutical brand that did over $12M in our first year. We're on pace to hit $50M this year.

We're growing fast, and we need someone to own recruiting and help us build the team that takes us there.

This role reports directly to the founder. No layers. No bureaucracy. You'll have a seat at the table and a direct line to the person making decisions.

You won't be hiring for boring back-office roles. You'll be building our creative engine—the video editors, designers, and creative strategists who drive the ads that drive the revenue. These are hard-to-find roles that require real headhunting, not just posting jobs and waiting.

You'll own the full recruiting function. Over time, you'll build a team beneath you.

What You'll Own

  • The entire recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Headhunting passive candidates on LinkedIn—building your own presence and pipeline
  • Posting and managing job listings across platforms
  • Maintaining always-warm talent pipelines for key creative roles
  • Customizing and sending offer letters and contracts
  • Day 1 onboarding for new hires before handing off to their managers
  • Tracking hiring metrics and continuously improving the process

What We Require

  • 2+ years recruiting experience E-commerce roles
  • E-commerce or DTC industry experience
  • Incredibly strong communicator & very well spoken with team & clients
  • Master at building rapport & taking a genuine interest in people
  • Proven headhunting experience, has sourced and closed passive candidates, not just processed inbound
  • Great with LinkedIn outreach
  • Organized, can manage multiple pipelines and candidates simultaneously
  • Extensive experience hiring creative (editors, strategists, copywriters) is a bonus

Compensation & Perks

  • $40,000–$60,000/year base
  • Performance bonuses up to 40% of annual base - tied to hiring quality and speed
  • Paid annual leave: 14 calendar days
  • Fully remote
